usually find something that works for everyone. This is an
experienced-level position with competitive compensation. Three
years of experience in call center, customer service, technical
support, or sales is required. Accounting or tax knowledge is a

Number)Recent experience preparing federal and state individual
1040 tax returns for clients/customersProficient with technology;
solid knowledge of computer operations and softwareMust have (or be
willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connectionStrong
customer service skills ability to interact with customers through
video and audio tools in a way that is professional, friendly and
reassuringExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility

operates in a professional office environment. While performing the
duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will
be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer
and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to
operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone,
