strategic and relationship-focused Verizon Account Manager in El
Paso. This pivotal role involves managing a dedicated portfolio of
existing Verizon 5G customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction,
and identifying opportunities to expand their services. As a
Verizon Account Manager, you will immerse yourself in comprehensive
training, gaining advanced knowledge of Verizon 5G products and
services, as well as sophisticated account manager and retention
strategies. You'll develop expertise in proactively engaging with
clients, understanding their evolving connectivity needs, and
proposing tailored solutions that enhance their experience and
drive long-term value. Key Responsibilities of Verizon Account
Manager Serve as the main contact for assigned Verizon 5G
residential or small business accounts, handling all service needs
and sales inquiries. Proactively engage accounts via in-person
visits, calls, and digital communication to build strong
relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Regularly
review accounts to assess service use, find issues, and proactively
suggest solutions or optimizations for Verizon 5G services. Pursue
upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by
offering relevant Verizon 5G products, services, or upgrades. Drive
customer retention and loyalty by demonstrating the continuous
value of Verizon 5G, addressing concerns promptly, and providing
exceptional, personalized support. Act as the main point of
escalation for complex service, billing, and technical issues for
managed accounts, ensuring timely resolution through internal
support coordination. Maintain an expert-level, up-to-date
knowledge of all Verizon 5G wireless products, home internet
solutions, pricing plans, promotions, and competitive offerings.
Strategize and implement account growth plans to maximize revenue,
improve service adoption, and increase the overall lifetime value
of each managed account. Meticulously track customer interactions,
sales activities, account health, and pipeline opportunities using
CRM software for accurate forecasting and reporting. Collaborate
closely with initial sales acquisition teams to ensure seamless
handoffs of new accounts and to provide feedback on customer
onboarding experiences. Offer key market insights on customer
trends, competition, and new service opportunities to management
based on account feedback. Ensure strict adherence to all Verizon
and NFS Solutions, Inc. policies, service agreements, and
compliance regulations in all account management activities.
