in Las Cruces, New Mexico. In this role, you will play a key part
in overseeing budget preparation, management, and analysis to
ensure financial objectives are met. This is an excellent

annual operating budgets while ensuring alignment with
organizational goals. • Conduct thorough analysis of budget
proposals to evaluate their financial impact and feasibility. •
Monitor and track expenditures to maintain compliance with approved
budget limits. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to
communicate budget performance to stakeholders. • Collaborate with
department heads to gather necessary data for accurate budget
planning. • Review and approve budget adjustments to address
changing financial needs. • Identify opportunities for cost savings
and recommend strategies to optimize financial resources. • Assist
in forecasting financial trends to support strategic

regulations and guidelines.• Proven experience in budget processes,
including preparation and analysis. • Strong understanding of
annual budget management and planning. • Demonstrated ability to
manage and monitor operating budgets effectively. • Proficiency in
evaluating and approving budgets for various departments. •

communication skills for presenting financial data and reports. •
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and
