the manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled and reliable
Maintenance Technician with welding experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine
maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of machinery, equipment,
and facilities. In addition, the technician will utilize welding
skills to address metal fabrication and repairs as needed. This is
an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in
both maintenance and welding, looking to work in a dynamic
environment. Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Deming, NM
Pay Range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour What's the Job? Perform
preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building
systems to ensure proper functionality and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic
issues with equipment. Utilize welding skills (MIG, TIG, Stick) to
repair or fabricate parts for machinery and equipment. Assist with
installation, modifications, and upgrades of equipment and systems.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify
potential issues and proactively address them. Maintain accurate
records of maintenance activities, including repairs and parts
replacements. Ensure compliance with safety standards,
environmental regulations, and company policies. Work closely with
other technicians, engineers, and team members to solve complex
issues and improve equipment performance. Respond to emergency
maintenance requests in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and
organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are in good
working condition. Provide welding and fabrication support as
needed, including creating custom parts and repairing damaged
components. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of parts and
supplies to ensure all necessary materials are available for
repairs and maintenance. What's Needed? Maintenance Experience Team
