Part-Time 01/20/26 Position Summary : The Lead General Maintenance Technician serves as the senior field technician supporting facilities maintenance operations across assigned locations. This role provides hands-on technical leadership, coordinates daily maintenance activities, and supports effective execution of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work. This role supports a potential contract. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead daily maintenance activities across assigned facilities Provide technical guidance and task direction to General Maintenance Technicians Perform advanced troubleshooting across building systems Support response to emergency and urgent maintenance events Assist with planning and sequencing preventive and corrective maintenance Coordinate material needs for assigned work, including parts pickup and delivery Support vendor access and field coordination as required Ensure work is completed safely and documented accurately in the work order system Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 7 years of facilities maintenance experience Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating maintenance staff Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems Preferred Qualifications: Trade certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) Experience in government, federal, or mission-critical facilities CMMS or electronic work order experience Location: El Paso, TX / Marfa, TX / Assigned Facilities Benefits : 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Vacation Time Sick Time (The right is reserved under provisions PL 93-638 Section (b), (f), (g), (i), 20 USD450 Indian Self Determination and Education Assistance Act of 1974 to give PREFERENCE AND OPPORTUNITY for employment, training, and contracts to Indians)
