an Entry Level Customer Service Representative for the AT&T
campaign, you’re the final step in the customer journey, owning
accuracy, compliance, and seamless onboarding. You’ll handle
precise data entry, paperwork verification, and clear guidance on
terms and conditions, ensuring customers activate services with
confidence. Your attention to detail and integrity drive
satisfaction and strengthen AT&T’s reputation. What You'll Be
Doing as a Customer Service Representative Guide new AT&T
customers through the entire enrollment process in a direct,
face-to-face setting, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Verify and accurately collect all necessary customer information
for new service activations, upgrades, and account changes.
Complete all required enrollment paperwork, digital forms, and
contracts with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to
compliance standards. Clearly and concisely explain service terms
and conditions, billing cycles, and activation processes to new
customers, addressing any final questions. Ensure all customer data
is accurately entered into relevant databases and CRM systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise
during the enrollment process. Set appropriate expectations for
service activation timelines and follow-up procedures. Collaborate
closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless
transition from initial interest to active customer status. Stay
continuously updated on all AT&T product offerings, service
bundles, promotions, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a
professional and courteous demeanor at all times, upholding the
brand image of AT&T and Premier Team Consulting.
