Bilingual Client Coordinator in El Paso. This key role in our
Verizon 5G campaign involves streamlining communication, managing
data, and providing sales support for smooth operations and strong
client relations. As a Bilingual Client Coordinator, you will
immerse yourself in comprehensive training, gaining a deep
understanding of our operational workflows, data management
protocols, sales strategies and client reporting requirements for
our Verizon 5G campaign. You'll develop expertise in synthesizing
field performance data, generating insightful reports, and
facilitating clear communication between our field teams, internal
departments, and our esteemed client– all while utilizing critical
bilingual skills. Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Client
Coordinator Act as a primary bilingual liaison for field sales,
service teams, internal departments, and clients, ensuring clear
English and Spanish communication. Manage and verify critical
sales, customer interaction, and outreach data from Verizon 5G
field operations. Create regular and ad-hoc reports on campaign
performance, operational efficiency, and client metrics, presenting
data clearly for management and client review. Help prepare client
presentations and reports, ensuring accuracy, current information,
and cultural appropriateness for diverse audiences. Manage team
meetings, client calls, and training schedules, including calendars
and reminders. Offer full administrative support to the management
team, including file organization, correspondence management, and
general office tasks for client accounts. Support the onboarding of
new bilingual field representatives, including paperwork, training,
and resource allocation. Manage and distribute updated campaign
materials, product information, and compliance guidelines in both
languages to field teams. Assist in resolving client-related
inquiries or operational issues, escalating complex problems to
appropriate stakeholders and tracking resolutions. Maintain strict
confidentiality of all proprietary company and client information,
ensuring data security and privacy protocols are consistently
followed.
