concerns directly at the customer's location. Key Responsibilities
of the Verizon Customer Service Representative Proactively engage
with existing Verizon 5G customers in their homes or designated
community areas to ensure satisfaction and address any immediate
service needs. Provide in-person expert customer service for
Verizon 5G service, accounts, billing, and basic 5G equipment
troubleshooting. Educate customers thoroughly on the features,
benefits, and optimal usage of their Verizon 5G Home Internet and
mobile services, maximizing their product experience. Troubleshoot
Verizon 5G equipment and connectivity, providing basic solutions or
escalating complex issues. Use digital tools to update and maintain
accurate customer account information in real-time, meticulously
documenting all interactions. Address and resolve service
complaints or concerns directly and empathetically, striving for
first-contact resolution and fostering a positive customer service
experience. Reinforce the value proposition of Verizon 5G services,
ensuring customers understand the benefits of their high-speed
connectivity and advanced features. Collaborate effectively with
sales and installation teams to ensure seamless post-acquisition
customer journeys and address any service activation follow-ups.
Identify opportunities for customer retention by proactively
addressing potential issues and ensuring ongoing customer service
satisfaction with Verizon's offerings. Maintain an in-depth and
up-to-date knowledge of all Verizon 5G products, pricing plans,
promotions, and service updates.
