Support Trainee in El Paso. This entry-level role will directly
involve learning to deliver top-tier in-person customer support,
ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. As a Customer Support
Trainee, you will immerse yourself in comprehensive training,
gaining foundational knowledge of company services, common customer
inquiries, and effective in-person customer support techniques.
You'll gain hands-on experience shadowing and assisting seasoned
Customer Service Representatives, learning to build rapport,
resolve basic issues, and educate customers on their Verizon 5G
services. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Trainee
Undergo extensive training on Verizon 5G wireless and home internet
products, services, features, and common customer issues. Shadow
experienced Customer Service Representatives to observe best
practices for direct, face-to-face customer interactions. Assist
with basic in-person customer support for Verizon 5G services,
addressing routine inquiries and minor issues under supervision.
Learn basic troubleshooting for Verizon 5G equipment (routers,
modems) and connectivity issues. Actively listen and communicate
effectively to understand customer needs and explain solutions
clearly and patiently. Assist the customer onboarding process by
explaining basic service features and managing initial customer
expectations post-installation. Learn to accurately document
customer interactions and resolutions using provided digital tools
and systems. Assist in gathering customer feedback from the field
to contribute to service improvement initiatives. Understand when
and how to effectively escalate complex customer issues to senior
representatives or specialized technical support. Represent Verizon
and NFS Solutions, Inc. with professionalism and a positive
attitude in all customer interactions. Collaborate effectively with
team members and mentors, actively seeking guidance and feedback to
enhance learning and performance. Adhere to all company policies
and procedures regarding customer data privacy, service delivery,
and ethical conduct.
