This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S.

customer service role troubleshooting and resolving technical cable
and video service issues, including repair, billing, and accounts.

needs, answer questions, and leave a positive impression on

a lot of potential. As a Customer Service Representative with a
focus on Video Repair, you will use your communication and
problem-solving skills to nurture and maintain relationships with
customers who are subscribed to our high-quality cable and video

services, and billing processes to provide knowledgeable and timely

related to cable and video services - Interacting with customers
through inbound phone calls to resolve a variety of topics,
including billing questions, account updates, subscriber
challenges, and more - Resolving TV inquiries while creating

environment. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent - Schedule: Ability
to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and
holidays - Language: Bilingual in English/Spanish Preferred
Qualifications - Experience: 6 months of customer service
experience; 1 year working with computers and software
applications; 6 months of heavy volume phone experience in customer
service or a call center - Technical Skills: MS Office, computer
skills, typing - Skills: Communication, organization, time
management, multi-tasking, customer service - Abilities:
