Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
Speech-Language Pathologist position is available to serve a
diverse K-12 student population requiring critical speech services.
This role is based in Clint, TX, supporting one or two school
locations within the district. The student caseload includes PreK
through 12th grade, with a primary focus on high school students
who have experienced a lapse in services throughout the year. The
role demands addressing a significant backlog of communication
therapy needs and managing Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs). Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech-language
pathology services to students grades PreK-12. Address existing
gaps in services and conduct therapy for students who have been
without support during the school year. Manage a caseload of up to
64 students in the high school setting or 40 students in K-8.
Collaborate with educators and support personnel to develop and
implement IEPs. Perform necessary documentation, compliance
tracking, and service clean-up. Provide on-site therapy services
during standard school hours, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
Qualifications and Experience: Valid State Speech-Language
Pathology licensure is required with current documentation.
Experience working in school settings preferred. Ability to manage
a demanding caseload and work independently. Bilingual proficiency
is considered an asset but is not mandatory. Candidates with 0-10
years of school experience are encouraged to apply. Work Schedule
and Location: Full-time contract role from January 7, 2026, to June
12, 2026. Part-time considered only if full school days can be
maintained, not partial hours. Work conducted on-site within the
