Job Description:

A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Unified Communications Engineer.

Must be able to:
Work on high performance/low latency systems
Work on bots, reporting, analytics, user onboarding, etc
Contribute to the tech strategy and approach for our new ways of working and the future of work
Required Skills:

Required to have Slack, Zoom and MS Teams expertise
MS Teams Admin certification
Experience with Zoom Phone or SaaS phone environments
Ability to build a story board for software roadmaps & updates
Experience with programming languages
Experience using APIs and creating bots that generate value for technical and non-technical end users, including block kit
