Job Description Job Description Company Description: Plastic Molding Technology (PMT) manufactures high precision plastic parts for automotive, telecommunications, medical device, renewable energy, and industrial customers. The primary manufacturing processes are injection molding and thermoforming. PMT has ~100 injection molding presses at its two primary manufacturing locations in El Paso, TX and Centennial, CO (a suburb of Denver). A third facility in Longmont, CO (a suburb of Denver) provides in-house repair and fabrication of tools & dies. Why Join Us? Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative manufacturing environment Growth potential within the company Role Description: This position is responsible for ensuring proper shipment and receipt of all incoming and outgoing materials for El Paso. What you’ll do: Supervise, train, and support all warehouse personnel Adhere to and enforce proper safety standards Arrange pickup of shipments in accordance with customer specifications for delivery Receive all incoming material through proper procedure Maintain daily outgoing and incoming shipment logs Obtain required documentation for each shipment, such as certification from Quality department, CoC, invoicing and any other required documentation Maintain accuracy of inventory through strong internal controls, cycle counts and physical inventories for all material classifications Maintain adherence to FIFO Assist Engineering in the shipment of sample parts Contact and coordinate carriers for pickups daily Coordinate all logistics for all incoming and outgoing shipments with focus on compliance and cost savings Provide accurate reporting to Upper Management Perform other duties as assigned What we’re looking for: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 3-5 years of inventory management and logistics experience ERP experience required (SAP, IQMS, Syteline, etc.) Forklift certified Speak, read, and write English Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Ability to follow detailed directions Computer and Microsoft (outlook, excel) proficiency Effective communication and attention to detail Dependable and self-motivated Working Conditions and Physical Effort : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
