Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
precision sheet metal fabrication, is seeking a Press Brake
Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be
part of the production department supporting manufacturing
operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail,
problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Location: Santa Teresa, NM Pay Range: $15.00 to $18.00 Shift: 7am
to 4pm What's the Job? Operate press brake machines to produce
precision parts according to blueprints and sketches Program CNC
controllers to ensure accurate bend and forming operations Adjust
machine settings based on process control instructions and
blueprints Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep
equipment in optimal condition Collaborate with Quality Control to
meet customer specifications and delivery schedules What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent with prior machine-operating
experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and
technical documents Basic math skills, including converting
fractions to decimals Strong mechanical aptitude and
problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work
