An information technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Cybersecurity Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:
Managing The Customer Relationship
Being a Trusted Advisor
Onboarding/Implementing project management
Skills and Requirements Include:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3 years in a customer facing role working with B2B enterprise customers
Project management driving onboarding and implementation
Proven knowledge of agile and lean methods from the team to enterprise level
An understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, etc
