Memorial Medical CenterGN assumes responsibility andaccountability for a group of patients for--a designated time frame underthe direct supervision of an RN. The Graduate Nurse provides care tohis/her assigned patients utilizing the nursing process while coordinating carewith other health care team members. The Graduate Nurse provides serviceto patients throughout the life span including newborns, children, adolescents,adults and geriatric age groups. Job Requirements:Minimum Education: Graduate of a School of Nursing Program. Minimum Experience: Experience in an acute care facility preferred.Certification/Licensure: State permitto practice as a Graduate Nurse. Current CPR required.For Emergency Department: ACLS required, CENpreferred.For New Hires: Required certification must be obtainedwith in (1) year of employment. If currently--certified, mustmaintain currentcertification.
