come in. As member of our network contracting team, you'll help
develop and support Provider Networks and guide unit cost
management activities through financial and network pricing
modeling, analysis and reporting. As you do, you'll discover the

develop and support Provider Networks, ensuring those who need care

states, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take
on some tough challenges. -Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage contracting efforts for network expansion projects
- Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative
solutions to meet them
- Help develop geographically competitive, broad access, stable
networks that achieve objectives for unit cost performance and
trend management
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts in compliance with company
templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process
controls
- Ensure that network composition includes an appropriate
distribution of provider specialties
- Respond to the needs of the network as it relates to the

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a network management-related role,
such as contracting or provider services
- Intermediate experience using MS Word, MS Excel
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this
role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster
doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth

well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of

Qualifications:
- Experience using financial models and analysis to negotiate
rates with providers
- Experience in performing network adequacy analysis
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Basic knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid
- Basic level of knowledge of claims processing systems and
