Job Description:

We are Now Hiring *Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Direct Care Staff, Home Health Aides in Las Cruces, NM-* fantastic opportunity for professional growth, while making a difference! *No experience needed - we provide PAID training!*

The pay-rate is $12.50 per hour.

*Multiple Shifts available:*

* *Saturday 3p-11p Sunday 1p-11p*
* *Friday, Saturday, Sunday 11pm-9am*
* *Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm x1*
* *Saturday 7am-4pm & Sunday 7am-5pm*
* *Saturday 4-11 & Sunday 8-11 and Mon 3-11*
* *Saturday &Sunday 7a-11p*
* *Monday-Friday 3p-11p*
* *Monday-Friday 9am-3pm*

*$500 SIGN ON BONUS OPPORTUNITY for Full-Time staff and $250 for Part-Time staff!*(You must work complete 90 days of satisfactory employment to be eligible for this bonus)

*Requirements:*

* High School Diploma/GED
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Valid Driver's License
* I9 Identification (Social Security Card, Passport, etc.)
* Ability to lift 50 pounds

*Responsibilities:*

* Assist individuals with disabilities with their daily living and independence skills/personal care (may include grooming, bathing, feeding).
* Utilize Person Centered Plans to assess an individual's needs.
* Administer medication(s) and complete appropriate documentation.
* Accompany individuals to and from appointments and activities.
* Foster a meaningful relationship between the individuals and their community.
