Salary: This position offers a competitive salary and includes an attractive benefits package. In addition, there is a 100K commencement bonus, production incentive bonus, CME allowance, and potential for medical education debt assistance up to $150K. Relocation assistance and visa support may also be available. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established group in Las Cruces, NM. The ideal candidate will be board-certified/board-eligible, and have a practice mix of general orthopedics and total joints. The service area has a population of 250-300,000. Anticipated call will be 1:7. Roles and Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive orthopedic care to patients
- Perform joint replacements and other orthopedic surgeries
- Analyze and diagnose orthopedic problems
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications
- Provide support to patients and their families Qualifications: - - Board-certified/board-eligible in orthopedic surgery
- Valid state medical license
- Experience in general orthopedics and total joints
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of relevant medical regulations Experience and Skills: - Experience in orthopedic surgery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to make sound decisions
