Job SummaryThe Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate resident needs, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans to ensure optimal health and well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
• Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring resident conditions.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice, with multistate licensure if applicable.
