• Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support: Required for Med Surg, Surgery, OR, ICU, ER, L&D and RRT.
• BLS - Basic Life Support: Required for all RNs and RRT.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support: Required for Peds, Surgery, PACU, ER, ICU and RRT.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure: Required for L&D and RRT.
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course: As required
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring: Required for Labor and Delivery RNs
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement: For Subs
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
• NIH Stroke Certification: Required for ICU and Tele.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam: Required as applicable
  • Job Details
  • Position/Specialty: LDRP RN performs functions in the role of a primary RN in the following areas: Maternal Child Health: Labor & Delivery, Newborn Nursery, Level II Nursery, and Mother- Baby.
  • The ideal candidate would have Antepartum, Intrapartum, and Postpartum experience for Mothers; Level 1 (including post-delivery couplet care) and Level 2 experience for newborns, and post-operative GYN care.
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Three years' experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Three years' experience in Nursery
  • Proficiency with Meditech, or comparable EMR documentation, preferred.
