Are you a board-certified nurse practitioner seeking flexible,
in-home work that makes a difference? Conducts personalized health
evaluations for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plan members,
focusing on overall well-being and barriers to care. Earns $80+ per
assessment, with potential weekly earnings of $2,500 to $4,000,
plus additional pay for qualifying tests. Shifts available
Monday-----"Sunday, no nights or weekends required, offering
short-term or long-term opportunities. Pre-scheduled in-home visits
include medication review, health history, and physical evaluation,
without prescribing or ordering tests. Provides a flexible
schedule, with options for travel (airfare, hotel, rental car),
malpractice coverage, and incentives based on availability.
Requires a Master's degree, state license, and willingness to
travel (-50%). Ideal for those who enjoy building patient
relationships and improving health outcomes in a home setting.
