Job Description:
Seeking a PRN Physical Therapist in Eugene, Oregon, known for
its arts, outdoor activities, and community focus.
Offering $50-$55/hr DOE with mentorship, continuing education, and
growth opportunities.
Provides direct rehab care following physician referrals, ensuring
compliance with laws and standards.
Requires an accredited degree, current licensure, and preferably
one year of post-acute care experience.
Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, supervising
staff, documenting accurately, and delivering excellent patient
care.
Must demonstrate professionalism, good judgment, and teamwork, with
proficiency in therapy software and communication skills.
Involves physical activity and adherence to safety,
confidentiality, and company policies.
