Job Description Leaderstat - Post Acute is seeking a travel nurse RN Nursing Home for a travel nursing job in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Nursing Home - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 06/30/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Interim MDS Coordinator – Skilled Nursing Facility Job Duties - Assessing resident needs and coordinating individualized care plans based on assessment results - Collaborate with all departments to ensure that care plan guidelines are followed - Ability to accurately determine PDPM categories, HIPPS codes - Ensuring that the nursing facility is receiving accurate and maximum reimbursement from Medicare and Medicaid Qualifications - Successful completion of an MDS training program - In-depth working knowledge of RAI user manual, as well as PDPM/HIPPS - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state assigned or in an eligible Nurse Compact State - Knowledge of current state, federal, and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations - Exceptional attention to detail - Strong computer literacy and competency skills - Up-to-date clinical compliance - Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR via American Heart Association (AHA) - Two-step TB test - Physical exam within the last 12 months - Successful completion of MDS Assessment via Relias Benefits - Weekly Pay & Direct Deposit - W2 Employee Status - 401(k) Retirement Plan - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Licensure Reimbursement - Referral Bonuses - Dedicated Support Team Referral Bonuses If you have a friend or family member who would be interested in joining LeaderStat, you could earn some cash!
