Job Description:
A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Pediatric Care Manager (RN) in
El Paso, TX. The Pediatric Care Manager (RN) would be working for a
Major Health Plan, and has career growth potential. Pediatric Care
Manager (RN) Highlights: Location: Must be local to El Paso, TX –
this is a field-based role with in-home visits Schedule: Monday to
Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; may require after-hours visits upon
member request Pay Range: $35-45 Hourly (plus mileage
reimbursement) Pediatric Care Manager (RN) Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments including: SAI Core A to
Core Q ISP (Individual Service Plan) EDP (Emergency Disaster Plan)
Other forms: 1500 forms, SBP, EVV Assess member's current health
status, utilization, treatment history, and goals Follow up on
requests for services/items and coordinate with providers Act as a
member-facing field care manager, promoting care continuity
Collaborate with internal teams and participate in key initiatives
of the Superior HealthPlan business unit Pediatric Care Manager
(RN) Qualifications: Required: Registered Nurse (RN) license in
Texas Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of
Science in Nursing (BSN) Required: 4 years of RN experience
Preferred: Case Management experience, Pediatric experience,
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong documentation and communication
skills Ability to work independently in the field with minimal
