growth opportunities Qualifications and requirements Applicants
should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's
degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements
include: - Basic Life Support certification is required within30
days of hire. - ACLS and PALS are required within six months of
hire. - One year of experience preferred. Department/Unit Summary
The oncology department is comprised of three specialized units -
Infusion, Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology. The infusion
center has an 8-chair infusion center in Dona Ana County, open
daily. The core team includes 2 RNs on weekdays and 1 on weekends,
collaborating with referring physicians to ensure safe medication
and blood product administration. In radiation oncology, 2 RNs
manage patient care, education, and sedation Monday to Friday. The
medical oncology team, comprising 4 RNs, oversees medication
delivery in close coordination with pharmacy and providers,
operating Monday to Friday. Qualifications: About our Health System
