Qualifications and requirements Directs the Quality Initiatives for the organization. Primary oversite of the facility-wide Patient Safety Program. Leadership role will direct others within the facility towards process improvement. - Graduate of a School of Nursing program. Bachelor's Degree required. - Must have at least seven (7) years experience in Nursing with at least three (3) years as a Director/Manager. - Prefer previous Director level experience. - Current license as an RN in New Mexico or compact license required. - Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) within one (1) year of hire date. - Certification or completion courses must meet the standards of Memorial Medical Center.
