Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 12/01/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday through Friday • Call requirement with split coverage amongst nursing staff for 24/7 unit coverage • Holiday coverage required • Option to work 48 hours per week • Maximum of 1 RTO (Requested Time Off) per week • 2 years of OR nursing experience required • BLS certification required, ACLS preferred • Hospital-laundered scrubs provided and available • Work with PICIS EMR system • Serve as circulating nurse responsible for patient safety, documentation, workflow coordination, and sterile field support during surgical procedures • New Mexico state fingerprinting required for all travelers • Auto offers only with no interview process • 13-week assignment duration Facility: This regional medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services to the surrounding community with a focus on surgical excellence.
