a day shift assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience and
current certifications. \n \n Responsibilities\n Position is in a
physical medicine therapy department Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30
pm, Monday through Friday 13-week assignment in a clinical hospital
setting Will provide physical therapy services to patients as
assigned Must provide all required documentation for consideration
including resume, skills checklist, certifications, and references
A radius rule of 50 miles applies for eligibility Responsibilities
include evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of
therapy services based on patient needs Adheres to the team
approach and participates in interdisciplinary care Professional
attire or scrubs required according to department guidelines \n \n
Requirements\n Active Physical Therapist license required if
applicable Minimum of 1 year of recent physical therapy experience
Completion of a physical therapy program from an accredited
institution Current, active certifications required at the time of
