Job Description Director – Emergency Services Location: Las
Cruces, NM (On-site) Salary: $125,000 – $150,000/year Type:
Full-Time | Senior Level Openings: 1 (New position) Visa
Sponsorship: Not available RN License is required for this
position. Overview The Director of Emergency Services provides
leadership and operational oversight for the Emergency Department,
driving quality initiatives, patient safety, and team performance.
Requirements Current or eligible New Mexico RN license 7 years
healthcare experience with 3 years in leadership BSN required (MSN,
MHA, or MBA preferred) Experience in a for-profit hospital strongly
preferred Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Preferred Experience collaborating with hospital providers and
medical staff
