With a new Hematology-Oncology facility planned and a next-generation Cancer Center on the horizon, this role offers the chance to step into a growing service line with academic ties, modern tools, and real momentum. Practice Details Collaborative Hem/Onc team with academic partners from a regional medical school Teaching opportunities available, though not required Integrated EMR with AI-supported note generation to streamline documentation Six oncology navigators supporting patient education and care coordination Automated chemotherapy management enhancements scheduled to launch in 2026 Schedule Monday through Thursday at the primary clinic Friday half-day at a secondary clinic location Mix of new consults and follow-up visits with manageable daily volume Shared call model, approximately two weeks every six weeks Optional procedures and flexibility built in for new physicians Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed salary plus production incentives Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and retirement Supportive infrastructure designed to reduce administrative burden Opportunity to grow with the program as new facilities come online Who You Are Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Hematology/Oncology Interest in contributing to a growing, forward-looking cancer program Teaching interest is welcomed but not mandatory About El Paso, Texas El Paso offers a unique blend of affordability, culture, and outdoor living.
