Description Pain Management Opportunity - CHRISTUS Health
Location: Alamogordo, NM Schedule: Full-time Recruiter: Reeve
Delmas (512) 779-1338 Position Overview: We are seeking a
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pain Management Provider to join
a growing team in Southern New Mexico. This is a full-time,
permanent position designed to expand access to Interventional Pain
Management procedures and reduce opioid prescription. The incoming
physician will have access to a brand-new GE ultrasound, supporting
high-quality, image-guided procedures. Practice Highlights: Clinic
Hours: Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Clinic Volume: Approximately 20-25 patients per day, with procedure
frequency varying based on need. Procedure Volume: Varies;Four
procedural day weekly, block scheduling at onsite surgery center.
OR available for higher risk patients Procedures Performed-Includes
but is not limited to: Radiofrequency ablations TOCS (Thoracic
Outlet Compression Syndrome) Epidurals Medial branch blocks etc.
EMR Systems: Athena (clinic), Cerner (hospital);transitioning to
Epic in March 2026 Ideal Candidate: MD or DO Background in
Anesthesia, will consider Neurology Fellowship-trained in Pain
Management Spinal cord stimulator experience is ideal but not
required Comfortable with a fast-paced clinic and procedural
