at the end of February The candidate will have to go to the
committee in February to get privileges Will you accept Multiple
providers Yes Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital 7 am - 7 am
Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital: sporadic Number of patients seen
per day in clinic n/a Call Night /Weekend - yes What are the days
for Call vary What Time does the Call start 7:00 AM What support
staff is available - RNs while on call, NPs and PAs to assit Age of
patients - vary Inpatient /Outpatient - inpatient Rounding yes Type
of Charting /EMR - Meditech Board Certified or Board Eligible -
either Is Fellowship required no Reason For Need - local providers
not able to provide full time coverage How Long Does Credentialing
