Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 01/19/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: Scrub Tech - Scrub Tech Job Details: • Work day shift Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM • Call requirements with split coverage among nurses for 24/7 unit coverage • Float to OR when no CVOR cases are available • Minimum 1 year of surgical tech experience required • Required certifications: BLS, AED • CST certification preferred • Patient ratio: 1:1 • Responsible for patient safety during complex open-heart and vascular cases • Handle documentation, workflow coordination, and sterile field support during surgical procedures • Work with PICIS/Medhost EMR system • Hospital-laundered scrubs provided • 13-week assignment duration • Maximum requested time off: 1 week • Holiday work required • 48-hour weekly guarantees not approved Facility: This regional medical center provides comprehensive cardiovascular and surgical services to the surrounding community.
