Physician Assistant | Family Practice Location: Alamorgordo, NM Employer: Delta Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Overview Specialty: General Surgery APP Location: New Mexico Start Date: ASAP, ongoing Thurs & Fri, 8a-5p Setting: Outpatient Patient Volume: 16-18/day Job Details: Locum will be responsible for patients in the clinic, pre-ops, post-ops, consults, new patients, and follow-up patients. The APP will not be in the OR. They would be in the clinic five days a week. Normally, they don't perform any procedures. They will perform suture and staple removals for postoperative patients. Required: Must have 1-2 years of surgery experience. Must have a NM license Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing and will cover malpractice.
