Coverage Needed Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Schedule: Full coverage 5 days/week, 8 AM - 5 PM, with some weekend call Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call Clinical Details Practice Setting: Outpatient Patients Per Shift: 17 max Trauma Level: 4 EMR: MediTech and Mosaiq Support Staff: 5 RNs, 1 MA, 1 PA/NP Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time Required: 20 minutes Call Ratio: 1/2 Phone Consults: 2 Admissions: 1 Rounding: Both Requirements Board Certification: Required Fellowship: Preferred Minimum Board Certification: Eligible BLS: Yes Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Supervision of Advanced Practice Providers Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
