We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology professional to join our esteemed team at a leading cancer center. In this vital position, you will provide expert medical care to oncology and hematology patients, participate in weekly tumor boards, and support ongoing clinical trials. The role involves managing a manageable patient caseload in a well-equipped environment, including a dedicated chemotherapy suite, access to pharmacists for patient education, and a commitment to high-quality patient outcomes. Required Skills: Certified or eligible for board certification in Hematology and Oncology Proven experience in oncology and hematology patient management Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency with the Mosiaq EMR system Ability to handle a diverse patient population with sensitivity and professionalism Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in a COC-accredited cancer center Participation in clinical trials or research activities Familiarity with EMR systems beyond Mosiaq Bilingual abilities or additional language skills Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Completion of a residency and fellowship in Internal Medicine with subspecialty training in Hematology and Oncology Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in an oncology setting Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekend call duties Willingness to participate in ongoing education and tumor board discussions Ability to travel for professional development or conferences, if required Licensure and necessary certifications up to date This is an outstanding opportunity to join a prestigious cancer center dedicated to excellence in patient care and research.
