provide our patients with the high-quality service they deserve. We
handle all aspects of general dentistry and also provide additional
services such as cosmetic treatments, implants, and root canals.
Our caring team is dedicated to our patients' comfort as well as
their healthy, providing guidance and support in addition to
excellent care! Currently, our office is seeking a Treatment
Coordinator for our practice in Alamogordo, NM! The right fit must
be engaging with patients, gets along well with others and is team

Responsibilities Explain treatment options, procedures, and costs
to patients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their care
plan. Schedule appointments for patients, aligning their treatment
timeline with provider availability and facility resources.
Maintain patient records with accuracy, ensuring all treatment
plans, notes, and communications are documented according to
compliance standards. Facilitate patient financing options, working
with patients to establish payment plans or financial assistance
programs when necessary. Requirements/Qualifications Prior dental
experience preferred Positive upbeat personality with the ability
to multitask well Experience with computers and technology. High
School Diploma or equivalent Benefits Medical and Dental insurance

Leave, PTO and Paid holidays. Salary Range $15 - $21/hr (dependent
