Job Description Seven Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a travel nursing job in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Seven Healthcare is proud to present an exceptional opportunity for an experienced LDRP Registered Nurse in Alamogordo, New Mexico. This role provides a weekly blended rate of $2,450, based on three 12?hour night shifts. This position is ideal for an LDRP RN confident in supporting mothers through labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn stabilization within a unified care model. Why Choose Seven Healthcare? License reimbursement Referral bonus incentives Comprehensive health insurance Certification reimbursement Weekly, dependable pay Key Responsibilities of the LDRP RN Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, childbirth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care Monitor fetal heart tones, maternal vitals, and labor progression Assist with vaginal deliveries, C?sections, and obstetric emergencies Support initial newborn stabilization and early postpartum bonding Educate mothers and families on postpartum expectations, newborn feeding, safety, and recovery Administer labor?related medications and postpartum treatments Maintain accurate documentation and follow all LDRP safety protocols Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, pediatrics, anesthesia, and NICU teams Requirements of the LDRP RN Active New Mexico RN license or compact eligibility Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications Minimum 2 years of recent L&D, LDRP, or Mother?Baby experience Strong assessment, fetal monitoring, and emergency?response skills Why Work in Alamogordo, NM?
