The Opportunity - Up to $50k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. - Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians. - Current TX state license is a plus. - Visa candidates encouraged to apply. - 24-hour shifts available and block shifts with personal preferences accommodated. The Practice UMC Surgical Hospital – El Paso, Texas - 6-bed Emergency Department with access to a 310-bed Level I Trauma Center and a 40-bed offsite hospital. - Affiliated with the broader UMC system that includes: Comprehensive Stroke Center, Chest Pain Center, Level 4 Maternal Designation, and trauma services with access to UMC’s main campus resources. - Approximately 39,000 annual visits across three Emergency Departments. - Low volume, flexible scheduling allow physicians to continue other work, including telehealth or side projects while on shift.
