Job Description MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico ( just outside of El Paso, TX) 15 shifts per month- 15 in a row- is the preferred model. Pay is $180 per hour, plus benefits if W2. 1099 option is also considered without benefits-no difference in rate per hour but we will pay malpractice. Medical, Health, Life, Dental, Disability, 401K plus matching, malpractice. Relocation Student Loan payback negotiable CME allowance with Dues, licensing, etc. Commencement and Tenure Bonus negotiable. A 168-bed facility located in Las Cruces, N.M., Mountainview Regional Medical Center is accredited by The Joint Commission.
