Job Description Pediatric General Surgeon – El Paso, Texas
Position Details FT, permanent position Actively seeking a BC/BE
Pediatric General Surgeon to join a growing practice Schedule:
2–3 clinic days and 1–2 surgical days per week Clinic Hours:
Monday–Friday Shared Call Schedule: 1:3 Clinic Location: Medical
Office Building adjacent to hospital Patient Census: 6–10 per
clinic day | 5–8 surgeries per week Hospital: 110-bed pediatric
hospital with 40-bed general pediatric unit, 16-bed PICU, and new
30-bed Level IV NICU* Support: Board-Certified Pediatric
Anesthesiologists, Pediatric Hospitalists, and 24/7 in-house
Neonatologists Benefits Details Guaranteed salary with production

Hospital is a 148-bed facility dedicated to providing quality
pediatric care in a child-friendly, family-oriented environment. As
part of the hospital network, the Children’s Hospital serves the
pediatric population of El Paso and surrounding regions, including
patients from across the U.S.–Mexico border.The hospital’s
specialized team includes pediatric sub-specialists in cardiology,
genetics, infectious diseases, nephrology, ophthalmology,
orthopedics, pathology, radiology, pulmonology, surgery, oncology,
hematology, neurology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, and
neonatology. Nursing staff hold certifications in Pediatric
Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program
