We are a values-driven organization committed to: Families First Integrity Always Pursuit of Excellence Making a Meaningful Difference Shaping the Future Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support children in a clinic-based (outpatient) and/or Early Intervention (EI) setting. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders while collaborating closely with families and a multidisciplinary team. Services may be delivered in the clinic, home, or community settings, depending on program needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide direct therapy services and family coaching Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support child development Maintain timely, accurate documentation (WebPT/EI systems) and meet billing deadlines Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Participate in team meetings (e.g., IFSP reviews, consultations) Ensure compliance with program requirements (clinic standards and/or FIT Program guidelines) Supervise SLP-CF or support staff as applicable Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Active New Mexico SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Pediatric experience required (Early Intervention preferred) Bilingual English/Spanish required Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Benefits (Full-Time) Sign-On Bonus Available 401(k) with 4% employer match Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Employer-paid Life Insurance Short- & Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off Continuing Education & Professional Development Support Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching Ability to travel between service locations (as needed) Why Join Aprendamos?
