Physical Therapist Location: Arenas Valley, NM Agency: Bluebix Health Inc Pay: $50 to $55 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week contract in Silver City, NM. The PT will evaluate patients with physical impairments and functional limitations. Develop customized treatment plans to improve mobility and strength. Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs. Track patient progress and modify care plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Educate patients on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility standards. Key responsbilities Conduct initial patient evaluations and ongoing reassessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery plans Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards Requirements Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Mexico Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience preferred BLS certification required Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage caseload independently Benefits High Pay Rate – $50/hour Guaranteed 38 hours per week Monday–Friday schedule (work-life balance) Weekly pay options Potential for contract extension Supportive and professional work environment
