Our client, healthcare services provider, is seeking a Medical
Intake Specialist to join their team. As a Medical Intake
Specialist, you will be part of the front office team supporting
patient care and administrative operations. The ideal candidate
will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and
strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in
the organization. Job Title: Medical Intake Specialist Location:
Las Cruces, NM Pay Range: $15.87hr Shift: 8Am - 5PM What's the Job?
Welcome patients to the facility with a friendly and professional
attitude Complete all admissions paperwork and enter data digitally
Verify medical insurance coverage and benefits for each patient
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar Answer
phone calls and inquiries, addressing patient questions and
concerns What's Needed? Strong customer service skills with the
ability to work with diverse individuals Effective organizational
and time management skills Verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of health insurance and medical procedures
Proficiency with software programs and medical technology What's in
