Director of Mobile Crisis Teams-5656 - #5656 Las Cruces , NM Area of Interest Management Position Type Full-time Job Description Full TimePay Rate Range: $90,000.00 per yearSummary of Job: -The Director of Mobile Crisis Teams is a new position responsible for planning, developing, organizing, and maintaining activities within the Mobile Crisis Program. The Director of Mobile Crisis Teams is also responsible for developing relationships with funders and potential funders to foster current programs and create new partnerships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
---Directs the activities of staff and/or students including the assignment of duties.
---Provides clinical supervision and clinical oversight for assigned staff members.
---Ensures compliance with all contractual, accreditation, and funding requirements for service delivery, documentation, etc.
---Administers the business plan and monitors budgetary activities.
---Completes clinical documentation as required.
---Maintains positive, professional relationships with all referral sources and external vendors.
---Ensures adherence and compliance to policies and procedures.
---Completes comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
---Provides clinical sign-off on all clinical documents completed by non-independent licensed staff
---Works collaboratively with external entities, i.e., hospital staff, Probation, Police Departments, and clinical teams.
---Monitors and oversees program participation to include participant flow in and out of the program.
---Understands and adheres to RI International compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
---Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all RI International policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
---Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required. ---Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
---Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field is required.
---Minimum of five (5) years of full-time behavioral health experience.
---Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required.
-Minimum (1) year of Mobile Crisis Response
Driving Requirements:
---Driving is required for this position, must meet all requirements outlined in RI International driving policy.


A Direct Service Competency Checklist must be completed as part of the new hire onboarding process.

Physical Demands:
May include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, finger dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination, use of corrected vision; color vision; use of auditory senses. May be required to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.Driving a van

Work Environment Will work in an office environment, Crisis Triage Center. Given that this position oversees a mobile response team, the Director may be called to the scene as support or responder. May have contact with individuals who are agitated and/or may be confused. - May work outside in the community where the individual is located and the work environment may include driving.
