Technical Services Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Services Engineer with experience in implementing SaaS software and strong technical and client partnering skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of all Rave platforms
Configure Rave software platforms to client specifications
Educate customers on how Rave systems work and how to get the most from them

Required Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of SaaS software experience
Excellent project management skills
Knowledge of web services/web technology (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
Experience with emergency notification or public safety systems support
