Job Description Job Description The LMS/WMS Technician supports
warehouse and logistics systems by installing, maintaining, and
troubleshooting hardware and software used in daily operations.
This role ensures system availability, supports end users, and
assists with data accuracy and system performance within the
warehouse and manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot LMS and WMS applications used in warehouse
operations. Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and
peripheral devices, including Zebra printers. Provide technical
support for hardware and software issues related to warehouse
systems. Use SQL to support basic data queries, reporting, and
troubleshooting activities. Assist in resolving system issues
impacting logistics, inventory, or manufacturing operations.
Support system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
Document issues, solutions, and system changes following internal
procedures. Participate in shift rotations and provide overtime
support as required. Experience 1–3 years of experience supporting
hardware and software installation and troubleshooting (desktops,
Zebra printers). SQL experience required. 1–3 years of experience
in IT engineering or systems engineering preferred. Strong
problem-solving skills and ability to work flexible shifts and
overtime. Education Associate Degree (Technician level) in Computer
Science or Information Technology required. In lieu of degree, 4
years of job experience in IT engineering or systems engineering
may be considered for promotion to IDL. Skills Understanding of
warehouse or logistics systems (LMS/WMS). Ability to troubleshoot
technical issues in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong
communication and customer-support skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Essential Functions (ADA &
Workers’ Comp Ready) · Server rack warehouse and logistics
environment. · Requires standing/walking in warehouse areas and
occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. · Frequent use of computer
systems, handheld scanners, and warehouse technology. · Ability to
sit or stand for extended periods while working on IT equipment. ·
Ability to access plant floors and data centers, including climbing
ladders or kneeling to connect hardware. · Clear verbal and written
communication to support troubleshooting and documentation. Work
Environment: · Be able to move/drive to different sites in El Paso
to support operations. · Climate-controlled warehouse/assembly
facility · Frequent interaction with production lines and warehouse
areas · Frequent walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and interaction
