Immediate Opening Job Description General Purpose We are seeking a
skilled Alarm Security Technician to join our team. This role is
responsible for the installation, service, programming, and repair
of a wide range of smart home technologies, including security
alarms, home theater systems, surveillance cameras, access control,
and networking devices. The ideal candidate will be a
problem-solver who enjoys working in both residential and
commercial environments, delivering customized solutions and
excellent customer service. Only experienced applicants will be
considered. Primary Responsibilities Install, service, and
troubleshoot security alarm systems, surveillance cameras, smart
devices, and A/V equipment Integrate technologies such as lighting
control, thermostats, access control, and home networking systems
Program control systems and user interfaces (e.g., touch panels,
mobile apps, remotes) Ensure device compatibility and seamless
communication across smart home ecosystems Customize system setups
to meet each clients unique needs Provide technical support and
maintenance to clients post-installation Maintain organized records
of jobs, parts, and service calls Required Knowledge and Experience
Solid hands-on experience with low-voltage systems: security, home
theater, cameras, A/V Familiarity with access control systems is
highly desirable Minimum 3 years of experience in low-voltage
installation and service High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Key Skills and Competencies
Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic Excellent planning and time
management skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Basic computer literacy Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting
skills Team player with a customer-first mindset Professional
