Job Description:
Memorial Medical CenterPerforms activities andresponsibilities
in the Pharmacy under direct Pharmacist supervision. Assiststhe
Pharmacist as required--with key components or areas within
thePharmacy Department to provide pharmaceutical care to the
patients of MemorialMedical Center. Provides service to patients
throughout the life span includingnewborns, children, adolescents,
adults and geriatric age--groups.Job Requirements:Minimum
Education:--High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum
Experience:--IV Tech: One (1) yearrelated pharmacy experience
required.Med Rec Tech: Two (2) years retail pharmacyexperience
required.Certification/Licensure:--Certified PharmacyTechnician
(CPhT) required. New Mexico Board of Pharmacy Registration.For IV
Tech Only: MMC Sterile ProductsCompounding Training and Validation
AND/OR State or Nationally approved SterileProducts Compounding
